The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 308 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
The prosecution case is that the petitioners assaulted informant and exploded bombs.
It is submitted that the supervising authority did not find the case true against the petitioners.
It appears that the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and exploded bombs due to which many persons were injured. The doctor also found injuries caused by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7159 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 explosive substances.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
