JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, this Court is not willing to issue any writ in the facts and circumstances of the present case. It is not in dispute that when the petitioner was served with a show cause notice for the alleged violation of the terms and conditions of the licence, she did not submit any reply to the show cause notice within the stipulated period. She preferred an appeal against the order of cancellation, but then she left appearing in the appeal and as it appears from the impugned order passed by the appellate authority, on various dates despite opportunity granted to her the appeal was not pressed. In these circumstances, there is no reason for this

Patna High Court CWJC No.4587 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Court to entertain the writ application. The petitioner has a remedy of revision available before the Divisional Commissioner. If so advised, she may seek her remedy of revision within a period of thirty days from today. In case the remedy of revision is applied for within the aforesaid period, the same will be considered on its own merit and in case a question of limitation arises the same will be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
