JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for accepting the registration of the sale deed at the agricultural rate, however, during the interregnum period, the petitioner is stated to have already deposited the deficit stamp fees and it is the case of the respondent State that no instrument is pending at the level of the Sub-Registrar- Masaurhi, Patna for registration. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the instrument in question has already stood registered, though the present writ petition may have been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to file a fresh writ petition agitating his subsisting grievances.
