Heard Mr. Nilendu Kr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Madhubani and Mr. Aayush Abhishek, learned AC to SC-9 for the State.

Earlier also when the matter was called on 16.11.2022, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation by referring to the statement made in the supplementary affidavit submits that all the retiral dues and arrears on account of 5th pay revision has stood paid to the petitioner. It is further submitted that so far the arrears of salary/pension on account of 6th pay revision is concerned, the petitioner has been paid 10 per cent of

Patna High Court CWJC No.22156 of 2018(5) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 the total calculated amount and rest of the amount would be paid in nine installments as per the decision taken by the Municipal Corporation.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Madhubani, this writ application stands disposed of.

It is needless to say that, in case, any grievance remains with the petitioner, he would be at liberty to move before the Municipal Corporation, Madhubani Nagar Parishad and if such representation is filed, he would be under obligation to dispose of the same by the reasoned and speaking order.
