Petitioner is accused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 411 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is wife of the deceased. The F.I.R. itself reflects that the deceased, husband of the petitioner, has been living his Sasural along with his family members for a period of 25 years. There is no occasion to kill the deceased by his wife (petitioner). It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2019.
