2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 246 of 2024 instituted under Sections 80, 238, 3(5) of B.N.S. Act, 2023 lodged on 27.08.2024 by the informant, Sheela Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the deceased was married to the petitioner and they had good relationship but further, demand of dowry was there, due to non-fulfillment, allegation is that she was administered poison. They got information that she is no more which followed the FIR.

4. In this case, a coordinate bench had called for the FSL report which now has come and according to the same, celphos was found during the examination.

5. Considering the facts that has come pursuant to the report of Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Muzaffarpur, the petitioner being the husband cannot exonerate himself from the responsibility. In that background, the anticipatory bail stands rejected.
