Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P. S. case no. 179/2014 registered under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is pointed out that at the time of purchase of solar light, there was no instruction to purchase solar light from a particular firm or company and moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by this court.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-
