The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he tied the Gamcha of the neck of the informant as well as threatened by putting the country made pistol on the head of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is land dispute is going on between the parties. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the

No.11781 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Baghela P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
