The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case filed with accusation punishable under Sections 32, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken.

It is alleged that on 12.03.2011, the accused persons went to the house of the informant and tried to establish forceful physical relationship and made the informant naked. The accused persons also took away box containing some cash and cloth of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that at earlier point of time the petitioners' side filed Saharsa P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14055 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 Case No.102 of 2011 against the complainant and her family members and for the occurrence of 12.03.2011, the complaint was filed on 14.03.2011.

Considering the litigated relation between the parties and delayed filing of the complaint, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 293 C of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
