Petitioner is an accused in connection with Excise Case No. 1324 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
