ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014 instituted under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against him is that he also accompanied the co accused who were sitting in the vehicle from which firearms and cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner was accompanying them but at the time of raid the petitioner was not found occupying the vehicle. The petitioner had gone to the market for breakfast. Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, let the above
