The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 2 liters of illicit country made liquor from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 16.01.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on
