The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jehanabad (S.C./S.T.) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the Sections 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant made very specific allegation that Saheb Mian abused the informant by naming his caste and on protest the informant was assaulted. When Ajanti Devi and the wife of the informant came to save, the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted Ajanti Devi the wife of the informant with sword

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16059 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 and iron rod.

It appears that there is specific allegation of assault against is made against the petitioners and corresponding injuries are found, of course, the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
