2. This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 6580 of 2018 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 16.04.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to unavoidable circumstances, peremptory order dated 16.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 6580 of 2018 could not be complied within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the

Patna High Court MJC No.4238 of 2018 dt.17-07-2019 2/2 prayer for restoration is allowed and CWJC No. 6580 of 2018 is restored to its original file.

5. MJC No. 4238 of 2018 stands disposed of.
