JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due accidental burnt injury and during investigation, the witnesses have not supported the accusation. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9583 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 weeks in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Aurangabad. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
