The Petitioner seeks bail in Gaya G.R.P.S. Case No.180 of 2005 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.
It has been submitted that he has been arrested merely on suspicion.
From the impugned order of the Additional Sessions Judge, it appears that the petitioner has not been arrested at the spot.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19009 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Railway, Gaya, in connection with Gaya G.R.P.S. Case No.180 of 2005, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
