This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15.06.2020, the petitioner has been granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S.T. No. 23 of 2017, arising out of Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 227 of 1992, to the satisfaction of the Addl. District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai, but, inadvertently, in the fourth paragraph of order dated 15.06.2020, the S.Tr. No. 123 of 2017 has wrongly been typed as "S.Tr. No. 123 of 1992".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12644 of 2020(4) dt.28-09-2020 2/2 In view of the above, in the fourth paragraph of order dated 15.06.2020, the S.Tr. No. 123 of 1992 be read as "S.Tr. No. 123 of 2017".
