The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.04 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the motorcycle in question. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
