Petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhubani K. Hat P.S. Case No. 888 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 186, 188, 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in sale of liquor despite complete prohibition and he has used force when the police force reached the village to remove the liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the injury as alleged is simple in nature.

Considering the totality of facts situation, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Excise, Purnea, in connection with Madhubani K.
