The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, brother of the deceased, made allegation that his sister was strangulated to death by her husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law on 11.11.2014. It is submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married to Om Prakash Upadhyay many years ago and the victim got three children. The eldest child is 8 years old. Omnibus and general allegation of assault is made. The husband and the father-in-law of the deceased are in jail.

It appears that the petitioner is lady and no specific allegation of either assault or demand of dowry is made against the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S.
