On account of missing of the victim aged about 13 years this case has been instituted. Furthermore, an apprehension has been shown against the petitioner as, he was engaged in indecent activity with the victim since before. Victim has been examined under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she had admitted to have accompanied the petitioner to Haryana and then, they were returning therefrom and during midst thereof they both were apprehended. Nothing has been alleged by the victim against the petitioner. Furthermore, it is evident that the petitioner is under custody since 02.01.2020. From para 3 of the petition, it is evident that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.9564 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Pappu Rayeen is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.641 of 2019.
