The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 36/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The recovery is from the house of Anjani Kumar Singh and the petitioner has been said to be sitting there. Being a co-villager, the petitioner had visited the co-accused and he has a clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the present
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11811 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 36/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
