This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 364, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Due to land dispute co-accused, Sanju Devi, is suspected to have conspired the murder of the husband of the informant.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. However, his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the aforesaid material, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
