Case No.203 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.136 of 2013 before the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur. The same was rejected on 21.03.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Prima facie, this Court finds that the allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature. He is trying to pass on the liabilities on somebody else and the quantities of paddy and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16759 of 2013 (5) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 rice are huge. The petitioner does not dispute that he filed an affidavit accepting the liability, but now he is trying to pass on the liability on somebody else.
