Mr.Anuj Kumar Shrivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner is willing to give an undertaking of proper care and guidance to his son. The same was not mentioned at the time when the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected on 29.11.2018.

3 It is, therefore, open to the father of the petitioner to give such undertaking and satisfy the Special Judge as regards the fact that the juvenile, in conflict with law, will be given due care and guidance by the father, while renewing his prayer for bail.
