This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 328, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. That much is the evidence against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2017 Simri P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2087 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Distrcit & Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, or successor Court.
