The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. case No. 502 of 2016 under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. 12 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that about five liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in Masaurhi P.S.
