Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12983 of 2015 (3) dt.26-08-2015 2 / 3 the Code of Criminal Procedure arise from a common FIR, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that co-accused Sachida Nand Singh @ Sachita Nand Singh having exactly identical allegation to that of the petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No, 4738 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the State does not dispute this fact.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, for the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 4.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4738 of 2015, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in
