The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 471 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that one Murari Prasad Singh executed sale deeds with regard Khesra No. 1746 of Khata No. 247 in favour of different persons although the aforesaid land belongs to the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the deed writer and he is only to draft the deeds as per the dictates of the vendor and vendee.

Learned counsel for the informant, on such, vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the deed writer wrongly mentioned the boundary of the land to be sold and fraudulently created wrong sale deeds. Even the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8086 of 2015 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Circle Officer did not allow the mutation case on the ground that the vendor has got no right to sale the aforesaid land. It appears that the petitioner is the deed writer and he is only to draft the deeds as per the dictates of the vendor. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bakhari P.S. Case No. 256/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
