This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(ka) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

From the outside of the house of the petitioner, country made liquor was recovered.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner had no knowledge of the liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2016. In paragraph 3 of the bail petition, the petitioner has stated that he is accused in one more case of the similar nature of the year 2013. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9107 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Kasma P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Aurangabad, or successor Court.
