The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of commission of assault by iron sabal on the head of the informant. Doctor has found simple injuries. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
