This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 304B B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that the petitioner no. 1 is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is the father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been made against the petitioners of demand of dowry, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9619 of 2015 (4) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall liable to be cancelled.
