This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape against a minor girl. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation against the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

After hearing the parties and considering the seriousness against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is refused.
