The petitioner is accused in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 500 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, it has come that in the C.C.T.V. camera as fixed in the market some persons were seen moving and the face of the petitioner was identified amongst them, except that there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8215 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 custody since 21.12.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI-cum-Sub-Judge-VII, Patna, in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 500 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
