2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 681 of 2024 registered under Sections-64 & 65 of the B.N.S. and Sections-4 & 8 of the POCSO Act as well as Sections-66(E)/67/67(A)/67(B) of the I.T. Act.

3. The prosecution case in short is that on the false pretext of marriage, the petitioner ravished the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Not any photograph of the alleged victim was made viral.

5. On the otherhand, the learned counsel for the State has submitted that the victim is a minor girl of 14 years of age and her photograph was made viral on social media by the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
