ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2025 Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already given a representation (Annexure-P2) dated 27.01.2021 to the concerned officer i.e., the Sub Divisional Officer, Danapur, Patna (respondent no.4 herein). Respondent no.4 is directed to consider the said representation and take necessary steps for correcting the EPOS machine. If the authority finds

Patna High Court CWJC No.3380 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, they shall take necessary steps for correcting the EPOS machine. In case, the authority finds that the claim of the petitioner is not genuine, they shall pass a reasoned order duly rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
