The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 79 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that initially a complaint was filed which was referred to the Police under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation, pursuant to which an FIR was instituted. The dispute relates to deposit of Rs.10,000/- with the local Branch of the Company, namely, OCPL. It has been contended that the petitioner has no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16064 of 2015 (5) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 concern with the Aurangabad Branch and he being the Director of the Company in question has falsely been made accused in the present case.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.
