The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S.Case No.261 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

There is recovery of loaded country-made pistol each from both the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. They are in custody for about six months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.9020 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S.case No.261 of 2019. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
