The petitioners have challenged the order dated 28.06.2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 358 of 2011, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No good ground has been shown by the learned counsel for the petitioners to interfere with the order

In case the trial has not ended, the petitioners will be at liberty to avail of the remedies to which an accused is entitled.

The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
