The petitioner is accused in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-AA)/25(1-B)a/26(2)/34 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that in course of checking of the vehicles, three persons were seen on the motorcycle. On giving signal to stop the motorcycle they tried to flee away but all the three persons were apprehended who disclosed their names as Rahul Yadav, Sitaram Singh and Kunal Yadav(petitioner). On search, one bag was found in the hand of co-accused Sitaram Yadav from which two barrels of 3.15bore and wooden butt and other equipments of pistol were recovered.

No.4893 of 2017 (2) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that although the petitioner is said to have been apprehended along with other co-accused but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016.
