On 05.09.2023 we have requested the learned State counsel to secure the original records relating to assessment of stamp duty. We have perused the relevant records dated 01.09.2015, there is no error apparent on the face of the record so as to review the order dated 08.01.2020 passed in L.P.A. No. 1565 of 2017.

2. Scope of Review application under Order 47 Rule 1 CPC is limited as held by the Apex Court in the case of S.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.46 of 2020(5) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 Murali Sundaram vs. Jothibai Kannan and Ors. reported in 2023 SCC Online SC 185. Therefore, the review petitioner has not made out a case so as to review the order dated 08.01.2020 passed in L.P.A. No. 1565 of 2017 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 12055 of 2016.

3. Accordingly, present Civil Review No. 46 of 2020 stands dismissed.
