The petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2012, registered under Sections 363, 365, 120(B) and 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, witness Harinarayan Singh gave his statement before the Police that he come to know, in course of search of victim, that one Shekhar Singh, who is area commander of MCC and in jail at Sasaram managed for demanding the ransom of Rs. 22 Lakhs through this petitioner and others and thereafter the victim was kidnapped. Further submission is that except the suspicion raised by witness

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13400 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 Harinarayan Singh in course of investigation in para-63 of the case diary, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.08.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No.240 of 2012. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
