This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is specific allegation against her of torture for demand of dowry. Hence, this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, above named, is dismissed.
The petitioner no. 2 is the brother-in-law (Devar) of the deceased.
