1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Special NDPS Case no. 30 of 2024, arising out of Kankarbagh P.S Case no.1230 of 2023 registered under sections 22A and 22B of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, thirty eight leegesic injections of 2 ml each which is a psychotropic substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.7.2024 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 30456 of 2024 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10762 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 has remained in custody for more than 1 year since 15.12.2023 and there is no chance of the trial concluding in the near future. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, liberty granted to the petitioner by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 26.7.2024 and the petitioner having remained in custody for more 1 year since 15.12.2023, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Special NDPS Case no. 30 of 2024, arising out of Kankarbagh P.S Case no.1230 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Court (NDPS) no.2, Patna.
