1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of writ (S), Order (S) on direction (s) is being filed for commanding and directing upon the concerned authority to remove encroachment over the public land that has been encroached by the encroachers causing smooth passage over the land in in spite of measurement and notices to

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Circle Haspura, District Aurangabad for removal of encroachment made over the land appertaining to Khata No.4, Plot No.119, situated at Muaza Dhamni under Thana No.101, Circle Haspur (Aurangabad), which is recorded in cadastral survey khatiyan as Bakast and some portion of the land have been left for road. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
