Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 429, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner No. 1 resorted to fire on the informant, which hit to a bitch which ultimately died. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury was caused by the petitioners and a statement has been made in para-3 of the petitioner that they have no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the injury of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8955 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 informant has been found simple in nature and other co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 4179 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
