The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 342, 328, 307, 504/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case in short is that the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner, forcibly administered poisonous substance to the daughter of the informant. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. It is submitted that the parties are agnates and similarly situated co-accused namely Ganesh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15261 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 Yadav has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65566 of 2022. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 08.01.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.93 of 2022.
