In view of the availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy of revision under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and under the inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order impugned order, I am not inclined to entertain this application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 13.06.2018 passed in Special Case No.37 of 2018 by the learned Special Judge, Patna. Accordingly, the application is dismissed with liberty
