The short submission made by Mr Tara Nath Jha appearing for the petitioners that both petitioner No 1 as well as petitioner No 2 have made representations on 12.09.2014 and 16.09.2014 respectively claiming personal promotion as
Patna High Court CWJC No.3764 of 2016(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Lecturer and consequential benefits on account of such promotion from the date they acquired eligibility. The short submission is that the respondents have not communicated any decision on the said representations till date. Writ petition, therefore, is disposed of with a direction that respondent No 3 should communicate final decision on the said representations to the petitioners expeditiously, without any undue delay and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that this order may not be deemed to be or taken to be an expression on the merits of the claim raised by the petitioners in their representations.
