1. Though it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.02 has been paid all the amount under the Prime Minister Housing Scheme, however, the petitioner no.1 has been paid only 50% of the requisite amount, required to be paid to him, nonetheless, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent no.05 that since the petitioner no.1 has not produced proof regarding completion of work upto plinth level/lintel level, funds have not been released fully, but the same would definitely be released once the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3375 of 2022(5) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 petitioner no.1 produces proof regarding completion of construction work upto plinth/lintel level.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner no.01 to approach the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Khushrupur, Bihar, Patna for the purposes of producing proof, as aforesaid, so that the balance amount can be paid to him. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
